    If the gear is damaged or lost during your rental period, we may keep all or part of your security deposit to cover repair or replacement costs. If you would like additional protection, you can opt for our damage waiver option, which helps reduce or eliminate charges for minor damages.

  • What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

    We understand that plans can change! You may cancel your rental reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tripfor a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your trip are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.     Yes, we charge a late fee if gear is not returned by the agreed-upon return time. The fee is $20 per day per product after the rental period ends. We recommend letting us know if you need to extend your rental in advance to avoid additional feels.

    Yes, you can pick up and return your gear in West Vancouver or Langley during our business hours. We also offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee if you’re unable to come to our location.
